What Elena can do here, and what she cannot
Elena is a coach, and safety comes before coaching. If she believes someone is in danger, she says so plainly and points to human help — the same people listed above. What she cannot do matters more: she cannot call anyone, cannot send help to where you are, and sessions are not monitored by people. In an emergency, the phone numbers above are the tool. She is not.
When a human professional is the right next step
- Thoughts of harming yourself, or someone else.
- Violence at home, or being afraid of your partner.
- A condition that needs diagnosis or treatment — depression, addiction, trauma, anything medical.
- Anything where the stakes are legal, medical, or immediate.
Coaching is not therapy or medical care, and Elena does not diagnose or treat. If a human professional is what you need, she will say so rather than keep you here.
A note on couples work and safety
Couples coaching assumes two people who are safe with each other. If you are not — if there is violence, or the fear of it — the confidential hotlines above come first. They can help you think through what is safe to say, and where. A joint session is not the place to start that conversation.
